The hotel is located in a quaint alley full of taverns and boutiques. The room had a balcony with a nice view of the area. The bed was super plush and comfortable. The proprietor was very helpful regarding the tricky parking situation in the area.
The website did not state that the parking was offsite and about 1 mile away, which was inconvenient for us. The sea view from the room was not as described on the website.

During my recent stay at this charming accommodation in Chania, I was truly impressed with the attention to detail and impeccable service. The host Eleni went above and beyond to make sure our visit was unforgettable. From helping us navigate the city to arranging a late dinner, her warmth and dedication were truly appreciated. The hotel itself, located in the heart of the old town, was a historical gem that added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with luxurious amenities such as a rain shower and high-quality linens. I especially loved the private rooftop patio, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. Thanasis, another member of the staff, provided us with excellent tips on exploring Chania to the fullest. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the shower being only warm in the morning and the lack of a lift, these were easily outweighed by the overall wonderful experience. This accommodation is an excellent choice for anyone looking to discover the city and enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cozy rooms, and convenient location.
